Bay St - Double Bay

A whole-building refurbishment and adaptive reuse of a prominent corner site, the project added two commercial floors and delivered ~2,300 m² of A-Grade office space above an activated ground-floor food & beverage precinct.
Completed in Q2 2021, it features full-height façade glazing, end-of-trip amenities and 16 on-site car spaces, and now serves as the headquarters for Fortis and Pallas Capital.

Saint Patricks - Sutherland

​The project delivers a new five-level “Alpha Crucis” learning hub with six purpose-built science labs including a Biology super-lab and balcony rainforest/woodlands ecosystems. It also features three industry-standard hospitality kitchens, two floors of contemporary learning spaces with break-out areas, and sustainability touches such as EV chargers and visible building services to support STEM teaching.

Storage King - Taren Point

​A new four-storey self-storage facility delivered under a Design & Construct contract, featuring suspended/post-tensioned concrete slabs, structural steel and a large drive-through ground level for customer access; completed in 2020 (project value approx. $11m). Site works included methane-gas soil remediation, with post-tensioned slab detailing adopted to streamline waterproofing and save costs.

Green St - Banksmeadow

A newly built industrial estate delivering 57 strata warehouse/workspace units across two zones — Workspace 45 and Industry 45 — with high-clearance clear-span warehouses, mezzanine offices, on-site parking and excellent truck/container access

Delivered under a Design & Construct contract for Ramsay Property Group (project value ~$15m), the site sits minutes from Port Botany and Sydney Airport, providing prime last-mile connectivity

Abbotsleigh Junior School - Wahroonga

The project delivers a 1,140 m² Library & Innovation Centre that adapts a 1950s building and inserts a distinctive glass ovoid library to form a new campus hub with indoor/outdoor learning spaces. Features include curved book stacks, an immersion dome, “glow-worm” quiet nooks, and an undulating GRC canopy at the entry; completed in 2022.

Bunnings - Rozelle

A bespoke multi-storey Bunnings designed for a heritage streetscape, delivering two retail levels over a basement car park with associated public-domain works.
Completed in 2022, the build features a curved brick/green façade with full-height glazing and inner-city access improvements

HammondCare - Miranda

A new multi-level aged-care home delivering 60 beds in a “stacked cottage” model (six 10-resident apartments) with homelike kitchens and generous sweeping balconies.
Configured as three residential levels over ground/basement with car parking, community facilities (general store & multipurpose room) and a green roof with solar panels; completed Feb 2022.

St Gabriels - Castle Hill

A staged campus redevelopment (completed in early 2023) delivered two new Secondary buildings, an upgraded Primary/Admin block with a new library, and a new multi-purpose hall/gym. The purpose-built facilities include specialist learning spaces such as science labs, a hospitality/teaching kitchen and creative arts studios, alongside generous outdoor green areas designed for inclusive education

Ivori - Cronulla

Bunnings - Gladesville

A multi-level Bunnings delivering vertical transport via double lifts and double travellators, with plant/services integrated in tight clearances. 


The “mega” warehouse provides about 18,000 m² of retail floorspace and ~470 car spaces (including rooftop parking), and opened September 2020

St Augustine College - Brookvale

A complex live-campus redevelopment delivered in two stages: Stage 1 expanded the Brimson Centre into a contemporary Technology & Applied Studies hub with specialist workshops and maker spaces. Stage 2 refurbished and extended the Goold and Lecceto wings to create flexible learning studios, a vertically connected library and improved circulation linking new and existing buildings

Mirabelle - Turramurra

A boutique residential development of 79 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments arranged across two buildings, delivered for Aoyuan International.
The buildings frame a private central courtyard/communal greenspace with BBQ pavilions, and include two basement levels providing about 116 car spaces; interiors emphasise natural light and open-plan living.

Edge 98 - St Leonards

A mixed-use, 12-storey project comprising 3 levels of basement parking, a 4-storey commercial/retail podium and an 8-storey residential tower with 48 apartments, capped by a communal rooftop terrace. Completed in 2019, with landscape plantings and resident amenities integrated on upper levels.

The Burcham - Roseberry

Located within the old Wrigley Chewing Gum Factory originally built in 1918.This development comprises of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, Each residence is an integration between the heritage building and the modern one. Adaptive re-use of the 1918 Wrigley’s Gum factory into a heritage apartment precinct of ~99 dwellings across the retained warehouse and two new 4–5 storey buildings, arranged around a central garden.

Manly Civic Club and Wharfside Residences

A six-storey mixed-use redevelopment comprising the new Manly Civic Club at ground (within the retained Auckland Garage fabric) with 38 apartments above five levels, over two basement parking levels. Designed by Mijollo International, the project completed in late 2019/2020, delivering premium finishes and a boutique residential address steps from Manly Wharf.

Oxford Street - Paddington

A three-storey mixed-use redevelopment comprising 12 apartments above 2 ground-floor commercial premises, with a rooftop communal terrace.
Recently completed prior to its 2023 sale, the building includes on-site parking and a roof level with city/harbour views; design by CDArchitects.

A new multi-storey industrial estate delivering 48 modern warehouse units (with mezzanine offices, ~95–301 m²) plus 51 strata storage units (20–75 m²), all with 24/7 secure access. 


Built over three levels (~11,000 m² GFA), the project features post-tensioned suspended slabs, precast perimeter walls, high-clearance warehousing and landscaped public domain, developed by Hannas with design by SBA Architects; completed 2023
